No, some get through, others disappear into cyberspace and don't EVER arrive.
It only does it on messages to some users though, not all of them.

She definately turned that option off. Its a moot point now because I've
figured out how to set up JabberWocky properly, and messages to ICQ users
seem to get through 100% now.
In some ways, I've found it nicer to use than StrICQ, once its setup. It IS
confusing to set up, but once it is it works more or less the same as StrICQ
did.
The only thing I can't do via Jabber is authorise people to add me to their
contact list. I have my ICQ settings set to "don't need authorisation" but
people still seem to need it (??)
The great thing about using JabberWocky for ICQ is that the porn adverts
disappear ...
